Dr. Prakash B Waghmare is a Librarian in Government First Grade College Bidar Karnataka, India. He has completed M.Sc. Library and Information Science and passed UGC-NET exams. He pursued his Ph.D degree from Gulbarga University, Karnataka.

Dr. Prakash B Waghmare is continually engaged in publishing research papers in International/national reputed journals and Seminars/Conferences proceedings along with his academic work. Received Best Young Librarian Award (Karnataka) in National Conference organized by Department of Library and Information Science, Mangalore University Mangalore and Karnataka State SC/ST Library Professionals Association (Reg.) on 24 and 25th January 2014.
